We look forward to welcoming you to our eclectic mix of in person and zoom sessions. 

On Wednesday 3rd April MFC brings you the Dragon Café in the City project in collaboration with Shoe Lane Library and the City of London.

Take part in our spa like vibe, with sessions to restore & relax...

12:15pm (30 mins): DIY Massage

Focus on yourself and learn how to soothe those aches & pains. With sports massage therapist Leonie Lawson.

In person at Shoe Lane Library and via Zoom.

1pm (60mins): Hackney Herbals

A restorative workshop with Nat, Hackney Herbal. Learn about herbs to help unwind, de-stress & switch off. Blend herbs together to make your own herbal teabags to take home.

In person at Shoe Lane Library.

2:30pm (90mins): Relax & Create: Drop In

Stay on or drop in for this self-led creative afternoon. Materials provided.

In person at Shoe Lane Library.

No registration needed.

5:15pm (30mins): Yoga

Chillout at the end of your day with this relaxed session. Anya, Balance Garden will guide with gentle movement and yogic postures. No experience needed. Wear comfy clothes.

In person at Shoe Lane Library.

6:00pm (60mins): Gong Bath New

Soak in the relaxing, sonorous sounds of large gongs, singing bowls & soft percussion to soothe away tensions of the day and calm the mind. Led by Cathy Eastburn, Sound Therapist & Gong Player. Wear warm, comfy clothes to lie down or sit. No water is involved, simply bathe in the sonorous sounds
